1. The promotion period is from 22 September 2025 to 31 October 2025, Japan Standard Time (GMT+9).
2. Asia Miles can only be earned on tax-free purchases.
3. Asia Miles can only be earned on the date of purchase. Any applications submitted after the date of purchase will not be accepted for mileage earning.
4. Miles can only be earned at participating stores where purchases are made and not at other participating stores.
5. When presenting your membership number at the store, please provide your Cathay Pacific credit card, physical membership card, or digital membership card from The Asia Miles by Cathay app. Screenshots, photographs, verbal communication or written numbers will not be accepted.
6. Miles cannot be earned on the following goods, services and payment methods:
Merchandise: Cigarettes, gift certificates, etc.
7. No mileage will be earned on any invalid, cancelled, returned, or exchanged goods.
8. All miles-earning transactions are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
9. Bonus Asia Miles will be credited to the member's account within 6 to 8 weeks after the end of the promotion.
10. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Laox reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
11. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Laox will be final.
