ZHÀN LÙ's interior echoes the hotel's ocean theme, drawing on the sheen and natural textures of coral reefs to evoke a shallow-seascape in soft contemporary light. Led by the executive chef with over 20 years of experience, the restaurant refines classic Cantonese cuisine with local ingredients for a feast for all the senses.

The signature dish is ZHÀN LÙ Roast Duck: Pingtung cherry duck marinated for two days, glazed with maltose, air-dried and slow-roasted until crisp, and served with osmanthus sauce.
