    Master Ah-Tsung

Master Ah-Tsung is a master pastry chef and father of the Dajia Taro Pastry. With half a century of experience in crafting pastries, Master Ah-Tsung insists on using locally sourced ingredients in its products so that the essence of the Taichung region can be savoured in each bite. In addition to the famous taro pastries, Master Ah-Tsung offers other specialities, including taro balls, taro mille-feuille cake, taro cream puffs, and taro nougat. Memorable and worth trying, this “Little Taro” series also makes great souvenirs.
