    Why am I encountering an error when trying to use the passkey?

    If you encounter issues using your passkey during sign-in, it might be due to the following reasons:

    • You have not created a passkey on your current device.
    • You have removed the passkey from your member profile.

    To resolve the issue, please use your password to sign in first, and go to ‘Account details’ > ‘Edit profile’ > ‘Account security’ to create a new passkey.
