1. Please ensure you correctly enter the Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership number during the membership registration or application process. If you are unable to accrue miles due to an invalid or incorrect entry, PCA Life and Asia Miles will not provide notification or accept subsequent corrections and retroactive claims.
2. Mileage earned is expected to be credited to the valid Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership account registered at the time of online application within 30 days from the date of successful registration, within 30 days from the day after the expiration of coverage for travel accident insurance, within 30 days from the day after the effective date of coverage for accident injury insurance, and within 45 days from the day after the effective date of coverage for term life insurance and long-term health care insurance. The exact time of mileage crediting is subject to the actual processing time of Asia Miles Limited.
3. There is a limit on the number of miles each member can earn, and the number of miles earned will change regularly according to the promotion.
4. A valid Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership account to deposit the miles must be held by the insured person (“Designated Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership number”). Each designated policy can register only one Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership number at the time of online application, which cannot be changed after registration.
5. In case of any disputes, the decision of Asia Miles Limited and PCA Life shall be final.
6. Members participating in the promotion are deemed willing to accept the terms and conditions, rules and notes of the promotion, and other terms and conditions of Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership programme.
