1. Participating stores: Ginza, Osaka and Fukuoka stores
2. Asia Miles can only be earned on the date of purchase. Any applications submitted after the date of purchase will not be accepted for mileage earning.
3. Miles can only be earned at participating stores where purchases are made and not at other participating stores.
4. When presenting your membership number at the store, please provide your Cathay Pacific credit card, physical membership card, or digital membership card from The Asia Miles by Cathay app. Screenshots, photographs, verbal communication or written numbers will not be accepted.
5. Purchases made in the online shop are not eligible for miles accumulation.
6. No mileage will be earned on any invalid, cancelled, returned, or exchanged goods.
7. All miles-earning transactions are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
8. Miles will be credited to the member’s account within 7 weeks after each eligible transaction.
9. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and AbHeri reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and AbHeri will be final.
