  • Groups/Exception Handling: Counter B7
  • Business Class/Diamond, Gold and Silver Cathay members: Counter B8-B9
  • Premium Economy/Green Cathay members: Counter B10
  • Economy Class: Counters B11 – B13

Opening hours
Check-in counters are open 4 hours before departure, and closed punctually 40 minutes before scheduled departure

Note:

  • Please note that Cathay Pacific will no longer operate a ticketing counter at the airport.
  • To make any changes to your booking, please call our contact centre at +852-27473333 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
  • At this moment, for miscellaneous charges, we are only accepting electronic payments at O.R. Tambo International Airport.
