Ming Court

Renowned for its Cantonese delicacies, Ming Court has two outposts in Hong Kong. This year, both branches have introduced their own distinct seasonal hairy crab set menus, featuring a whole steamed hairy crab and a range of complementing dishes.

At the Michelin-starred Ming Court in Mong Kok, you’ll find the “Wondrous Feast of Hairy Crab” menu, which includes the hallowed hairy crab alongside a mix of restaurant signatures, including barbecued pork loin in honey sauce, a deep-fried bean curd wrap filled with crab roe and meat, and a savoury bird’s nest soup. The set also comes with Kameizumi ginger liqueur and Australian non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

Meanwhile, at the Wan Chai branch, the “Autumnal Hairy Crab Symphony” features dishes such as braised Boston lobster in crab roe sauce, black pepper US beef, and silver cod with pomelo peel, in addition to a whole crab. Dishes are paired with a glass of 20-year-old huadiao rice wine or Martell Cordon Bleu cognac.
