This Christmas, Siete Ocho spreads holiday cheer with playful desserts by Minimal Café’s chef Alan. Over 24–25 December and 31 December – 1 January, tuck into a delectable array of delights, such as tiramisu with layers of mascarpone, Kahlúa-soaked ladyfingers, almonds and chocolate crisps; and a refreshing coconut mousse with mango compote, meringue and Malibu milk foam, crowned with White Rabbit candy.

As the winter chill sets in, Harbourside Grill warms with holiday recipes crafted to delight. Located at the tip of Tsim Sha Tsui’s Ocean Terminal, the venue’s panoramic harbour views invite diners to soak in the city’s skyline over a four‑course lunch or five‑course dinner, from 24–26 December, with a grill-centric Christmas menu married with French finesse. Indulge in silky homemade foie gras, holiday chicken roulade in truffle sauce, sea bass and lobster bisque and M5 Wagyu sirloin in Bordelaise sauce. Finish off with a sweet note – sticky date pudding with salted butterscotch and ginger ice cream.
