    As the most magical time of the year approaches, we’re getting ready to indulge in delightful celebratory culinary fares. Whether you’re craving a traditional Christmas dinner or more international gastronomic delights, we have a plethora of offerings to please every palate.

    What’s more, from 2 to 31 December, members can enjoy an earn rate of HKD4 = 2 at selected partner restaurants when paying with a Mastercard or Visa credit card through our Card Linked Earn programme this holiday season. Simply link your credit card to your Cathay membership and receive 250 on the first Card Linked Earn transaction. Alternatively, Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard® holders will receive up to HKD4 = 3.

    Opt for elevated Italian fare at Testina with a special à la carte menu available for lunch and dinner from 23 to 28 December. The festive menu celebrates authentic Italian cuisine with a modern twist, complemented by a fantastic selection of wines. Among the seasonal dishes on offer is a classic homemade meat and mortadella tortellini in brodo (Italian meat broth) – the perfect warm dish for chilly winter days.

    Embrace holiday cheer at chic French restaurant Le Petite Maison throughout December. Sample Mediterranean dishes crafted in signature French Riviera style – all made with fresh, locally sourced seasonal ingredients, where guests can look forward to standout dishes include scallops with pumpkin puree, duck confit with orange and a decadent gateau forêt noire (black forest cake). The Christmas Day menu, meanwhile, features specials such as beef tartare with smoked bone marrow mayonnaise, a foie gras terrine and premium Caviar Kristal. End the meal on a sweet note with a mont blanc and blackcurrant compote or the house’s signature panettone, served with vanilla and lemon cream.

    Want a taste of something different? Make it a celebration to remember at the Michelin-starred Whey on 24, 25 and 31 December and indulge in specially crafted menus for the festive season. Guests can dine on a delightful array of reimagined Singaporean flavours such as the sotong tartlet topped with a dollop of caviar for a refined touch, while the aromatic nasi ulam comes with a smoky charcoal-grilled lobster – and of course – a serving of house-made sambal sauce on the side.
