    Status Points rollover

If the Status Points are credited in the next year after my flight, are they still eligible for rollover?

Starting in 2027, Status Points will be credited to the year that corresponds to the flight date, labelled as the “activity date” under Latest Transactions on your member profile or account statement.

For example, a missing Status Points claim with a flight date in 2027 will update your 2027 balance, and any related adjustments to your rollover points will be applied automatically.

However, if a claim for a flight from the previous year is processed on or after 1 February, no adjustments will be made to any of your Status Points balances, and the points will not be eligible for rollover.

Please see When I submit a missing claim, which year will those Status Points be credited to? for more details.

All dates are in Hong Kong Time.
