What kind of supporting documents do I need to submit to claim missing non-flight Asia Miles? And will these documents be returned to me?

For missing Asia Miles requests, original receipts may be required. All documents submitted will be retained for record-keeping purposes, so we suggest that you keep copies for your own reference.
