    Bite by Bite is a Hong Kong home-grown casual dining concept with branches in Langham Place and Kwai Fong Metroplaza, totalling approximately 2,000 sq. ft. Inspired by the authentic local food culture, the menu offers creative reinventions of classic Hong Kong street food and desserts with East-meets-West influences. Combining traditional and modern ingredients and cooking methods, Bite by Bite provides a new take on old favourites for an enjoyably surprising dining experience, with options for customers with various dietary needs.
