Cantopop legend Ivana Wong returns to the theatrical stage in Skylight , a drama centred around schoolteacher Kyra who reconnects with an old flame. Staged in Cantonese at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, the piece is a translation of the 1997 David Hare play of the same name. Over the course of the show, Kyra and her ex, now a successful restaurateur, rehash old memories as the play delves into subjects such as romance, social class and asks the loaded question: what do we owe one another?
