    Welcome to the Cathay Members’ Choice Awards. Our annual awards celebrate the very best in travel, dining and lifestyle – as voted for by you, our global community of members.

    Our expert panel has shortlisted five of the best spas in Asia, offering everything from holistic treatments to cutting-edge technology in beautiful, tranquil surroundings. We want to know which of these wellness centres is your favourite.  

    Voting is open to Cathay members from Monday, 26 May to Sunday, 15 June. You can learn more about the nominees below.

    Shambhala in Sanskrit translates to “place of peace”, and that is exactly what you’ll find at the COMO Shambhala . This all-encompassing day spa and wellness centre offers more than 70 weekly classes – from yoga and Pilates to gyrotonics – as well as the latest science-backed treatments such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, contrast therapy and microbiome facials.

    Along Koh Samui's picturesque southern coast lies Kamalaya , a holistic wellness retreat which blends ancient Eastern healing with modern science. Every stay at this lush tropical property begins with a wellness consultation, and treatments span longevity, mental wellbeing and cognitive health. An onsite meditation cave once used by monks is now open to all guests.
