    2023 Event highlights

    Last year’s Hong Kong Sevens delivered unforgettable moments with nail biting matches, costumed crowds and songs that got stuck in our heads for weeks after.  Every year is bigger than the last and we can’t wait to see what’s in store for next year. Can you?

    How to get your ticket

    Step 1

    Once you have purchased a package, you'll receive your booking confirmation email with event ticket redemption details.

    Step 2

    From 22 March 2024, event tickets are available for redemption via HKCR ticketing app. SMS will be sent to your device provided during booking. (Those who already have the app will receive a notification directly)
    You can also download in advance, but tickets are only available for redemption from 22 March 2024 onwards. Click to download. http://get.tixserve.com/app/download/H5K/

    Step 3

    Register and complete the mobile SMS authentication. You can access your tickets under the ‘My Tickets’ tab in the app.

    Step 4

    The entry QR code on the ticket will be activated on the event day.

    Step 5

    If you bought multiple tickets for the same event, you will find the multiple ticket indicators at the top of the ticket. Simply swipe across to access more tickets.

    Important information

    To prevent ticket fraud, the app detects any screenshots made of the ticket and clearly identifies this for staff at the entrance.
    The system may cancel a ticket that has been screenshotted. Therefore, please use the ticket within the app for entry instead of a screenshot.
