    I forgot to quote the Business Plus account number in a booking. What should I do?

    If you have booked on the Business Plus Portal, you do not need to quote the Business Plus Account Number as it is added automatically. If you have booked through a travel agent, please quote the Business Plus Account Number to the booking agents. The Business Plus Account Number cannot be added back when travel has already commenced. You may contact your local Business Plus customer team for further assistance.
