    Flat Iron Steak

    The mission of Flat Iron Steak is to offer top-quality steak at reasonable prices so that everyone can enjoy a memorable meal of their favourite meat. Focusing on the “flat iron” cut, the chefs use their expert butchering skills to extract prime steak from the top shoulder blade of a cow to grill in a wood-fired oven.
