If your mobile number or email address is linked to another Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership account
In this case, please use your membership number to sign in. You may also use another mobile number or email address as your sign-in ID, or contact the holder of the concerned Cathay Pacific’s Cathay member account to update the profile details.
Username and linked social account sign-ins are discontinued
We have discontinued the option to use a username or a linked social account for signing in to a Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership accounts. Instead, please use your mobile number for a more convenient sign-in experience.
