What are the earliest and latest times that I can check in and collect my boarding pass?

  • Hong Kong International Airport:
    Kiosks open 24 hours before and close 60 minutes before departure.
  • In-town check-in (Hong Kong/Kowloon Airport Express):
    Opens at 6am daily; check-in available from 24 hours to 90 minutes before departure.
  • Other airports:
    Check-in closes 60 minutes before departure.
  • Exceptions:
    • Chinese Mainland: Counter closure times vary (40–60 minutes before departure).
    • Hanoi (HAN) & Ho Chi Minh City (SGN): Check-in closes 50 minutes before departure.
