Can I get a refund from a partially used ticket?

Subject to fare rules, tickets that qualify for a partial refund will be refunded to the credit card or bank account charged to the original ticket. Log on to Manage My Booking, if your ticket is eligible for partial refund, the refund amount will automatically be shown.
