    Bellecell Retreat

    Good to the core

For a calculated approach to health, look no further than Bellecell’s Molecular Wellness, a programme that focuses on optimising bodily functions at a molecular level. During a seven- day retreat at the Four Seasons, Hampshire in the UK, you’ll first learn about your body via detailed analyses before initiating a diet plan and undergoing treatment, including oxygen therapy or electro-muscle stimulation to detox, regenerate and restore. You’ll leave with a tailored health plan based on your genetic makeup, as well as a sense of rejuvenation.

    Jamu and Spice

    Skincare that ages well

An unassuming hut hidden away in Ayana Resort Bali’s thriving onsite farm, Jamu & Spice is a new wellness space that offers workshops and natural skincare products based on millennia-old teachings about the health-promoting properties of Indonesia’s indigenous plants. Join a 15-minute workshop to make your own jamu (a traditional herbal drink), bath bomb or skincare blend that cleanses and softens the skin, or book a two-hour session in advance for more in-depth learning.

    The Peninsula Spa

    Feeling over the moon

Inspired by the cycles of the moon, The Peninsula Spa Hong Kong has launched two new treatments in partnership with Irish brand Voya, known for incorporating sustainably harvested wild seaweed extract into their products. Symbolising renewal, the Awakening Moon treatment starts with a full-body brush to promote the removal of toxins and ends with a massage and contrast therapy. Meanwhile, the Nourishing Moon routine supports focus and healing through sound therapy, a herbal scrub and a relaxing body wrap.

    Earth Shoe 01

    Make time to sole search

Looking for fashionable, comfy and sustainable shoes? They exist, and are part of Potato Head founder Ronald Akili’s product line Wasted Collective – a project that reimagines and repurposes waste as useful products. Available online and at selected shops, the Earth Shoe 01 is designed for all-day comfort with a spacious toe-box, additional arch support and airflow flex technology. Constructed from recycled mesh and plastic among other components, the trainers come in four stylish earth tones.
