Vivant
Named after the French word for “alive” or “lively”, Vivant is a modern European bistro offering French-influenced cuisine. With a menu of small bites, entrées, mains and cheese/desserts, plus a Saturday brunch, signature dishes include Potato Millefeuille Smoked Eel Rillette, Veal Sweetbread & Chicken Vol-au-Vent Sauce Périgourdine, and Cornbread Coffee Maple Syrup Butter.
The drinks list includes a selection of wines made with low-intervention techniques, noted for their natural vitality. Seating up to 20 guests, Vivant is casual and intimate, with an open kitchen and bar seating providing views of the chefs at work.
