For many men, wellness has evolved beyond outdated notions of strength and endurance. Today, men’s health is understood less as performance and more as balance – with self-care and mental wellbeing recognised as essential parts of everyday life.

At the same time, many men are navigating changing expectations around work, relationships and identity. And as reports of depression, loneliness and isolation continue to rise, there’s a growing awareness that wellbeing doesn’t have to be faced alone. Men are starting to acknowledge the importance of connection – sharing deeper, more meaningful relationships with themselves and each other.

Partners, families and friends are also recognising that when men are better supported, the benefits extend beyond the individual. At the heart of this shift is a new wave of men’s wellness retreats, tailor-made for radical introspection, renewal and self-care
