24-hour free cancellation

Accidentally booked the wrong flight or changed your mind? You’ll be able to cancel your booking within 24 hours, making your travel plans more flexible than ever. Bear in mind, however, that this only applies to flight bookings which have been made directly through our app or website. Your departure date must also be at least eight days away.  

Priority online check-in

If you like to stay organised when you travel, you’ll love this benefit. As a Green member, you’ll be  able to check-in up to two days (48 hours) ahead of the flight, allowing you to beat the airport queues and breeze your way through security.

Stretch out and get comfortable for your journey by upgrading to a seat with extra leg room, a boon on those long-haul flights. Or, if you’ve splurged a little more than you should have on shopping, you don’t have to worry because you can use your miles to gain additional baggage .

Boosted earn rate
