Giovanni Pina Ristorante, Bar & Pasticceria

For an unforgettable date with your loved one, take them shopping at K11 Musea then top the day off with a table for two at Giovanni Pina . This stylish Italian restaurant is known for its superb charcoal-grilled U.S. Black Angus rib-eye, mussels tossed in a tomato cream sauce and asparagus risotto topped with seared scallops and caviar. However, this is a pasticceria at heart, and the tiramisu is among the best you’ll find in Hong Kong – though it’ll be hard not to be tempted by the millefoglie’s fresh berries and delicate layers of puff pastry and custard cream.

    Alto Bar & Grill

Perched at the top of a Causeway Bay skyscraper, Alto boasts some of the best views of Hong Kong’s jaw-dropping skyline with its rooftop bar. Here, techniques and dishes from all over the world are combined masterfully to create a menu that’s as diverse as the city it calls home. Meat is firmly on the menu, with Japanese green tea-fed pork chop and British dry-aged ribeye to try, while a well-chosen wine list is equally as globe-trotting and just as impressive as the steaks and sights.

Looking for an intimate space to set the mood? Tucked away in the heart of Soho, Dolos seats just 20 people, making it the perfect space to celebrate your love. Inspired by (and named after) the wave breakers that protect Hong Kong’s shores, the restaurant celebrates the city’s connection to the ocean with a chef’s menu that showcases fresh seafood and Japanese artistry. The crab served with saffron cavatelli and fennel is a particular highlight – although it faces some strong competition from the sawara and beef bone marrow.
