You can choose to opt out or edit your preferences for Trip reminder, Check-in reminders and Flight reminder messages on your flight messaging profile. For Cathay members, please sign in with your membership and update your preference through "Communication Preference". For non-members, simply fill in your booking information to update your flight messaging preferences.
For flight status notifications related to flight delays, cancellations or diversions, subscriptions are enrolled automatically and cannot be edited.
