    Why can’t I rebook or change a child or infant cross-boundary coach ticket?

    You will need to rebook the coach ticket one by one, since children and infants are not allowed to travel alone. Please cancel the child or infant cross-boundary coach ticket together with the adult coach ticket and make a new booking. If you wish to process a cross-boundary coach ticket refund, please refund the child or infant ticket before refunding the adult ticket.
