    How do fare classes affect Status Points, and where can I find out the fare class of the ticket I purchased?

    Premium Economy/Business/First class tickets are divided into fare classes, each with different terms and conditions. These fare classes are indicated by alphabetical characters, such as “I”, “M” or “V”. You can view your fare class under “Travel class” when you’re booking or under “Class” in your itinerary.
