    Can I redeem upgrade awards at the airport?

    Yes, upgrade awards can be requested at the airport check-in counter if you are travelling on Cathay Pacific flights.

    You may upgrade to the next available cabin class. Upgrades are subject to availability at the time you make the request. Please note you must hold an eligible ticket for an upgrade with enough Asia Miles in your account. Visit our Membership terms and condition page for details.
