    How it works

With our flexible miles policy, all of the miles you earned on or after 1 January 2020 will not expire — as long as you earn or redeem miles regularly.

Check out this video to learn more about how to keep your miles active.

If you joined our membership programme before 1 January 2020, you may have miles falling under two different expiry arrangements. Click one of the tabs below to find out what that means for you.

How miles are deducted – First in, first out

If you have miles earned both before and after 1 January 2020 and you redeem a flight or lifestyle award, your miles earned before 1 January 2020 will be deducted first, followed by your newer miles.
