Tai Cha Fan

Tai Cha Fan is a Taiwanese restaurant specialising in noodles. Believing that people can overcome difficulties together, its logo comprises the Chinese character for “human” (人), replicated and connected to create lines that look like noodles, waves (representing challenging situations) or smiles at the same time.

From the extensive menu of Taiwanese favourites, night market food and snacks, diners can opt for a bowl of cart noodles, selecting their favourite type of noodle, broth and toppings such as beef brisket with Chu Hou sauce, fish tripe and white radish.
