Bar Pine

Bar Pine was founded in 2022 by bartender Ariel Hou, gathering those in creative fields such as art, spatial, and product design.

Like the pine that braves the frost, Bar Pine is rooted in the symbolic strength of the evergreen. It is named after the pines on the roof, for the bar’s former life as a timber shop and the relationship between wood and liquor.

Inspired by the philosophy “Flavour is born of life and memory”, cocktails draw from emotion, experience, and place, using local ingredients to create something both familiar and new.
