Keisetsu
Keisetsu combines omakase with elements of fusion and fine dining. From appetisers to soups to sashimi and sushi to cooked dishes, each course is served in a sequence that gradually progresses from light to heavy and from cold to hot, ensuring the optimal taste experience.
The restaurant’s name means “fireflies and snow” and refers to diligent learning, inspired by the image of studying in the poor light offered by a firefly or reflected snow. Likewise, each dish, prepared and presented using the chefs’ extensive experience and attention to detail, strives for perfection to provide guests with a first-class dining experience.
