Once your order and payment have been confirmed, our merchant partner will automatically receive your order details and start preparing it for shipping. We are therefore unable to amend any confirmed orders.
For inflight delivery
If you’d like to make any changes after your order or payment have been confirmed, please look for a cabin crew member on your flight to help you cancel your order, following which you may place a new order on our platform with the amended items if you’d like to proceed with your purchase.
Please note that once an order has been successfully cancelled by our cabin crew onboard, the order cannot be retrieved. You’ll need to place the order again for an identical or different order.
