Flight certificate request

For customers whose trip is disrupted by the travel restrictions due to the coronavirus: if you have private travel insurance and need to make a claim for expenses, we recommend you use the relevant travel alert message in support of your claim. Due to a high volume of requests, please expect a longer processing time for flight certificate requests.

Flight certificates can be provided for Cathay Pacific or Cathay Dragon operated flights as proof of travel or as proof that your flight was disrupted. The processing time is 2 to 3 weeks. If you were travelling on a codeshare flight, please contact the operating carrier for assistance.

Please note that we are only able to accept requests from our customers or their authorised representatives, in order to ensure data privacy compliance.
