ONESIAM members get 400 Asia Miles when redeeming 2,400 ONESIAM Coins to enjoy a rewarding and elevated lifestyle.

Asia Miles will be added to the Cathay Membership account within 7 working days after the transaction is completed.

Regular Conversion rate (Asia Miles to ONESIAM Coins):

Cathay members get 2,800 ONESIAM Coins when redeeming 2,000 Asia Miles to enjoy a rewarding and elevated lifestyle.

ONESIAM Coins will be credited to the members' account within 7 working days after the Asia Miles conversion has been successfully completed.  

How to convert ONESIAM Coins to Asia Miles:

1. Log in to your ONESIAM account, go to the Convert Out section in the ONESIAM SuperApp, and select “Cathay".
2. Click “Convert Now” to start your redemption.
3. You will receive a call from the ONESIAM Contact Centre (Tel: 02‑111‑6161).
4. During the call, provide the required details and confirm the number of ONESIAM Coins you wish to convert to Asia Miles.
5. Once confirmed, your ONESIAM Coins will be deducted and the corresponding Asia Miles will be credited to your Cathay membership account.
6. You can check your Asia Miles on the Cathay Pacific website or via the Cathay mobile app within 7 working days once the conversion is completed. If the transaction is not completed successfully, you will receive a notification via the ONESIAM SuperApp within 7 days.

1. ONESIAM members can convert ONESIAM Coins to Asia Miles through ONESIAM SuperApp as follows:
   a. Regular Conversion rate* 2,400 ONESIAM Coins = 400 Asia Miles
   b. *This conversion rate is subject to change
   
2. The ONESIAM member’s mobile number for ONESIAM Coins conversion must be the same number as registered in the Cathay membership account, which is operated by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited.
3. This point conversion program is provided for ONESIAM members who are Cathay members and have ONESIAM SuperApp to convert ONESIAM Coinsto their own Cathay membership account. ONESIAM members cannot convert to other accounts.
4. The point conversion program is open to all Cathay members regardless of their residency, except for members residing in the EU or UK region. Members can log in to their ONESIAM SuperApp account when in Thailand, China (Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan China), Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan only.
5. Convert ONESIAM Coins via ONESIAM SuperApp according to conversion rate, and ONESIAM Coins can be converted at a maximum limit of 240,000 ONESIAM Coins per member per day. Asia Miles will be credited to the members' account within seven (7) working days after the ONESIAM Coins conversion has been successfully completed. Members can check the successfully converted Asia Miles via the Cathay website or the Cathay mobile app.
6. ONESIAM Coins will be deducted from members' coins corresponding to the redemption amount for coins redeemed. The transaction cannot be refunded, cancelled, or changed once completed. Velocity Company Limited ("The Company") reserves the right to reject the cancellation of point conversion after members have redeemed entirely under any circumstances.
7. Cathay members can use Asia Miles for redeeming travel and lifestyle rewards as per the terms and conditions of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Asia Miles Limited. Please review all related terms and conditions on the Cathay website prior to using the service. Other Cathay Membership Terms and Conditions apply.
8. The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions, including conversion rate or policy and/or benefits of collection, redemption, and/or conversion in terms of Asia Miles (including the termination or suspension of privileges), whether in whole or in part at any time.
9. In case of any disputes or arguments, the decision of The Company is final and binding to all related parties. 
10. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any ONESIAM Coin conversion that has a reason to believe that it might come from misuse and/or fraudulent activity or any other acts that may cause harm to the law of conversion. The Company reserves the right to cancel ONESIAM Coins conversion for the above reason without prior notice and will not refund the Asia Miles regarding these transactions.
11. The Company reserves the right to collect, use and disclose members’ personal information to company partner for the purpose of point conversion.

Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Asia Miles Limited ("The Companies") reserve the right to reject the cancellation of point conversion after members have redeemed entirely under any circumstances.
7. ONESIAM members can use ONESIAM Coins for discounts or cash to purchase the products and/or services and receive the various benefits as per the terms and conditions of Velocity Company Limited. Please review all related terms and conditions in ONESIAM SuperApp prior to using the service.
8. The Companies reserve the right to change terms and conditions, including conversion rate or policy and/or benefits of collection, redemption, and/or conversion in terms of ONESIAM Coins (including the termination or suspension of privileges), whether in whole or in part at any time.
