La Volta earned recognition from the MICHELIN Guide within just two months of opening, becoming one of only ten new restaurants added to the 2026 Hong Kong guide and the city’s only pasta bar to receive the distinction that year. The restaurant was also awarded One Fork by Gambero Rosso, Italy’s leading food and wine guide. Under the direction of Chef Roland, La Volta combines Italian culinary traditions with contemporary creativity, delivering a fresh take on casual Italian dining.
