Faster, more secure, passwordless access to Cathay

Our enhanced passkey brings you a seamless, secure way to sign in.

A simple new way to sign in

Keep your account signed in on Cathay mobile apps For added security, the stay signed-in feature requires you to either sign in with a passkey or enable two-factor authentication. Otherwise, you will need to sign in again.

We’re introducing passkey authentication for your Cathay account. Passkeys use either a PIN or biometric information, such as your fingerprint or face, to verify your identity and authenticate your account. It’s simpler, more secure, and doesn’t require you to enter your password every time, so you can access your bookings, miles and rewards even faster.

With passkeys or two-factor authentication, you’ll be able to sign in to your Cathay account by simply unlocking your personal device.
