We’re celebrating Cathay’s 79th birthday with “Rewards in the Air” – an exclusive way for members to supercharge their miles. For 4 consecutive weeks, three simple goals will be revealed each Saturday, for a total of 12 mini missions.
There’s just one twist: the day’s weather will determine your special rewards, so be sure to check back at 11am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the big reveal. Whether rain or shine, you’ll be showered in miles.
Complete your goals by 31 October to collect bonus miles, plus snap up an extra 5,000 for achieving all 12. All together, there’s more than 10,000 await – enough for a trip to Taipei, Seoul or Tokyo*.
To make it rain miles, simply register today and start completing your goals through everyday purchases, from flying with us to converting loyalty points from lifestyle partners to Asia Miles.

What better way to kick off the season with a new adventure? From radiant autumn foliage in Japan to a shopping spree in Milan, earn up to bonus 1,200 when you book a flight with us through our official website or the Cathay Pacific app by 31 October 2025.
Convert your points into 500 or more
Convert the points you’ve earned from our partners like Moneyback, Marriott Bonvoy, or Esso, just to name a few (excluding credit cards) into Asia Miles to achieve this goal.
Complete the ‘check-in mission’ on the Asia Miles by Cathay app
Earning bonus miles is just a click away. Starting from 26 September, sign in to our Asia Miles by Cathay app, simply tap “check-in now” on the app to complete the goal. Don’t forget to register for Rewards in the Air to ensure your check-in counts towards your goals.
