Taste the flavours of the Med at Salisterra

Tables at The Upper House restaurant Salisterra are some of the city’s most in-demand, thanks to views over Victoria Harbour and a carefully balanced menu of refined but relaxed plates intended for sharing.

Although Mediterranean ingredients and flavours are front and centre at Salisterra, there’s influence from French and British schools of cooking, too, with bouillabaisse, pork chop, sticky sweet rum baba and more. One of Salisterra’s newest promotions is a boon for new Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard holders who successfully apply for the card before 31 December: you can lock in a complimentary afternoon tea set for two in an autumn collaboration that focuses on Hong Kong tastes. The set was created in collaboration with Ān Soy, Tate Dining Room head chef and founder Vicky Lau’s new brand, which spotlights the soybean through food and lifestyle products.
