    Whether you have 5,000 miles or 150,000, we’ve got something to suit every budget – from a quick coffee and pastry in the morning to lavish lunch affairs and exquisite tasting menus, all available to redeem at a rate of 1,500 = HKD50 (or an even better rate of 1,350 = HKD50 if you’re a Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard holder).     Most of us don’t have the luxury of time in the morning. If you tend to grab a bite on-the-go, head to Nina Patisserie and redeem your miles for a quick breakfast and a hit of caffeine. You’ll find a wide variety of delicious baked goods created by expert pastry chefs, alongside barista-grade coffee and teas to takeaway.

    If you’d rather sit down and enjoy your morning coffee, go for a personalised blend at APT coffee . Specialty brews are tailored to each customer according to their preference of coffee blend, intensity and milk. The menu also allows you to customise your breakfast with your favourite bread, spreads and toppings.

    Splash out   

    We can’t say definitively what the breakfast of champions is, but we’re pretty sure you’ll find it on Classified ’s extensive menu, which boasts everything from sourdough tartines and omelettes to a traditional English bacon butty – that’s a sandwich, to non-Brits. Wash it down with your choice of coffee, tea, juice or smoothie.

    Lunch

    Spend a few miles  

    Hotpot lovers can redeem miles at Xiao Yu Hotpot for a spicy, brothful lunch with friends or colleagues. Specialising in Chongqing flavours, the restaurant is one of the top places to enjoy an authentic mouth-numbing Sichuan hotpot – though there are other soup bases for those who can’t handle the heat. Don't miss the signature mini dumplings and Ibérico pork belly.

    Café Deco Pizzeria travels beyond Italy for pizza inspiration. Try Asian-inspired toppings such as smoked tuna belly and Peking duck for a new twist on a classic – or stick to the originals like quattro formaggio and pepperoni if you’re more of a traditionalist.

    Splash out  

    In the mood for something European? Treat yourself to the lavish weekend brunch at Maison ES in Wan Chai. Start with luxurious charcuterie boards and seafood platters featuring shucked oysters and Alaskan king crab legs, then tuck into Wagyu rib eye and French yellow chicken. Better still, use your miles to upgrade your brunch to include two hours of free-flow bubbles and wine, or add on extra side dishes.

    For an Italian affair with a twist, head to The Point Kitchen where you’ll find Asian influences throughout the menu. Try the beetroot, avocado, kimchi and tofu salad, or order the risotto with Hokkaido scallops. You’ll also find equally delicious more traditional plates, such as gnocchi sausage ragu and veal Milanese.

    The menu at Tsim Sha Tsui’s Harbourside Grill boasts a fine selection of dry-aged steaks cooked over Japanese charcoal, and premium seafood for those who like a little surf with their turf. But a meal here is just as much about the stunning views over Victoria Harbour. Grab a table al fresco and watch the sun set and the skyline’s lights sparkle to life.

    Splash out  

    Be transported to Tokyo’s tiny backstreet sushi bars at Sheung Wan’s Umi . This intimate 10-seat restaurant takes diners on a traditional Edomae sushi experience. Splash out on the signature omakase tasting menu with five starters, 10 pieces of nigiri maki, miso soup and dessert for the ultimate taste journey. This is a premium meal with a premium price tag – so use the Miles Plus Cash payment option in the Cathay app to achieve your experience at a more affordable level.
