What are the requirements for joining challenges?

To join the challenges, you must:

1. Installed the Asia Miles by Cathay app (at least version 10.7)
2. be 18 years of age or above;
3. have a Cathay membership account with a Hong Kong mobile number (+852);
4. hold a valid Hong Kong ID card;
5. be located in Hong Kong;
6. successfully insured under one or more eligible insurance products purchased on the Cathay website or Asia Miles by Cathay app; purchased directly from Cigna via the ‘Schedule a call’ form on the Cathay website or Asia Miles by Cathay app; or purchased directly from Cigna where the member (and/or the policy holder) has referred to Cathay when purchasing the above-insurance policies, and that Cathay has not suspended or removed as an eligible insurance product.
