How do I join the wellness journey?
To join the wellness journey, you must be 18 years or older and have a Cathay account with a Hong Kong mobile number (+852).
Simply download the Asia Miles by Cathay app, select Hong Kong SAR as your location, and sign up for the wellness journey.
The cut-off time to complete your daily goal is 23:59 Hong Kong time (GMT+8).
If you’re temporarily located outside of Hong Kong, daily goals may be unavailable for a certain period due to the time difference.
