    When will my wellness journey be terminated?

    We may suspend or terminate a person's wellness journey without notice and with immediate effect if we believe that a wellness journey participant has breached any of their obligations set out in the wellness journey terms and conditions (including the Cathay Terms and Conditions).

    Without limiting the foregoing, Cathay may also suspend or terminate a wellness journey at its sole discretion at any time and without notice.

    This could be due to:

    • False or misleading information from linking another person’s permitted tracking device (i.e. syncing another person’s activity data to your wellness journey)
    • Other deemed misconduct or fraud that engages illegal, dishonest, misleading, deceptive or fraudulent activities in relation to the wellness journey (including in relation to the completion of activities)
