    Who is eligible for the elevated wellness journey?

    To elevate your wellness journey - and earn up to five times more Asia Miles – you must be successfully insured under one or more eligible insurance products purchased on the Cathay website or Asia Miles by Cathay app; purchased directly from Cigna via the ‘Schedule a call’ form on the Cathay website or Asia Miles by Cathay app; or purchased directly from Cigna where the member (and/or the policy holder) has referred to Cathay when purchasing the above-insurance policies, and that Cathay has not suspended or removed as an eligible insurance product.

    If we are notified that a wellness journey participant is insured under an eligible insurance product, they will be automatically upgraded to an elevated wellness journey participant within 14 business days after the inception date of the eligible insurance product.
