    If I am temporarily located outside Hong Kong, will I still be able to use the wellness journey?

    The cut off time of daily goal sync is 23:59 Hong Kong time. For wellness journey users who are temporarily located outside Hong Kong, daily goal function could be unavailable for a certain period of time due to time difference.

    For members traveling outside Hong Kong having issues related to wellness journey please refer to the FAQs – or email wellness-support@cathaypacific.com  for further inquiries.
