Please ensure you regularly check your Asia Miles balance on the Asia Miles by Cathay app. If you find any incorrect entries or discrepancies, please email wellness-support@cathaypacific.com with information as below.

Details of Missing Miles
Please include:

  • Name
  • Membership no.
  • Total miles missing
  • Date(s) miles were earned
  • Relevant details or description
  • If your wellness journey is elevated (I.e. are you policy insured on a Cigna Cathay medical insurance product)
  • Any relevant screenshots (Optional)
