I’ve taken a screenshot of my lounge pass QR code. Can I use it to enter the lounge?

When accessing Cathay Pacific lounges, please open your lounge pass in the Cathay Pacific app or present the original email from Cathay for confirmation.

To be accepted, the email must clearly display:

• Lounge pass type
• Lounge pass recipient name
• Lounge pass expiry date

The QR code must also be scannable by the lounge device.
