How do I make a claim for my travel insurance if there is a flight delay?
In order to prove that your flight was disrupted, you need to obtain a flight certificate from the airline. If you flew with Cathay Pacific, please visit this page to request for your flight certificate.
To file your claim, please go to the Chubb "My Policies ".
